The warranty period is the period during which the customer, having discovered the product defect, has the right to require the seller or manufacturer to take measures to eliminate the defect. The seller must rectify the shortcomings, if it is not proven that they came up due to buyer operationg rules violation.
When does the guarantee start?
- since the transfer of goods/products to the consumer, if the contract does not specify;
- If the day of purchase is unknown, the guarantee goes from the time of production;
- For seasonal products the guarantee comes from the beginning of the season;
- When you order a product from an online store, the warranty starts from the delivery date.
Warranty service includes:
- removal of product defects at licensed service centre;
- exchange of a similar product at no additional cost;
- exchange of a similar product with a surcharge;
- return of the product and the transfer of money to the customer's account.
Rules of exchange and return of products:
Exchange and return of good quality products
The seller guarantees that the buyer within 7 days of the date can reject the good quality products, if:
- product was not used, it is in the original packaging with all the labels, and there are also documents for the purchase of the product;
- product is not included in the list of good quality products, which are not subject to return and replacement.
The customer has the right to exchange a good quality product to another sales offer of this product or other item identical to the value or other item with the payment or refund of the price difference.
Inadequate quality product exchange and return
If the customer detects a defect in the product after it has been purchased, the seller can provide an exchange. The replacement must be made within 7 days of the request date. If an expertise is made to confirm that the product meets the specified standards, then the exchange must be made within 20 days.
Technically complex products of inadequate quality are replaced with products of the same brand or similar products of another brand with cost recalculation. Refunds are made by cancelling the sales agreement and returning the entire amount of money.
Reimbursement of money
The duration of the refund depends on the type of payment, which was originally chosen by the customer.
In case of cash payment, the refund is made at the cash desk not later than 10 days after the customer submits a refund request.
After receiving the request from the customer, the value of the goods from customer's credit card is credited immediately.
When using electronic payment systems, the return is made to the electronic account within 10 calendar days.
